Graduate in Mech-Marine Engineering from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam (1971) & First Class Engineer (Motor) Certificate of Competency issued by Govt. of India (1978).

Presently, Visiting Professor for Post-Graduation Course in Dredging & Harbour Engineering (M. Tech) of Indian Maritime University, A Govt. of India (Shipping Ministry) Institution.

Full Time Director (Operations & Technical) on the Board of Dredging Corporation of India (A government of India Public Sector Undertaking).
Executive Director with Dharti Dredging & Infrastructure Ltd. (A premier Indian private sector company, with versatile experience in India & abroad).
Chief Engineer (on board Foreign Going Ships) with Shipping Corporation of India.
Marine & Dredging Consultant to Indian & International Public & Private Sector Organisations.
